My Program Participation
My Program Participation is a new, online feature that allows you to look up your individual information about the NYSUT Member Benefits Trust-endorsed voluntary insurance and legal programs you participate in.
By logging in with your nysut.org account and enhanced security code, you'll see:
- Payment methods you are eligible to use
- Payment method you are using (payroll deduction, pension deduction or direct bill)
- Deduction amounts
- Premium amounts and coverage information if provided by the vendor to Member Benefits, and
- Phone numbers for the vendors.
If you are covered by a Member Benefits-endorsed Group Legal Service Plan provided by your local association, benefit fund or employer, this information will also be displayed. This is the only group plan that will be displayed because Member Benefits administrates this plan and has access to payment information.
Participation in AFT and NEA benefits will not be displayed, nor will other benefits provided by your local association, benefit fund or employer.
This information is housed in a password-protected area of the Member Benefits Web site. It's easy to access My Program Participation. You'll first need to log in to (or establish) your nysut.org account, and then create your own enhanced security code to access My Program Participation. Once you create your nysut.org account and enhanced security code, you're all set. You can access this feature at your convenience, 24/7.
