Please include the NYSUT member’s name, NYSUT ID# (found on NYSUT membership card), and for a name/address change, the old version of the information to be changed as well as the change itself.

If you are a member of UFT, PSC/CUNY or UUP, you must contact them to report your name/address change; they must make the initial change and will then transmit corrected information to NYSUT.

Not secure e-mail: For general questions about endorsed programs for individual members that do not include any personal information, e-mail us at benefits@nysutmail.org. Electronic messages you send to NYSUT Member Benefits via the benefits@nysutmail.org address are not transmitted in a secure manner.

We will respond to all electronic messages received, but our response will contain no personal data.
