Excelsior College
The NYSUT Education & Learning Trust has partnered with Excelsior College to offer the college's Master of Arts in Liberal Studies program. The Liberal Studies program combines the college's online course offerings with ELT's site-based and online courses to fulfill professional certification requirements for most certificate titles.
The program requires 33 credits, 15 of which can be completed through courses offered through the Education & Learning Trust program and 18 through courses offered by Excelsior College at the college's established tuition rate.
The program is divided into 3 parts or Tiers:
Tier I: 12 interdisciplinary liberal arts and sciences credits through Excelsior College

Tier II: Individualized Study = 15 credits through NYSUT – ELT
