The New York State Department of Education and the Office of the Governor report that Governor Eliot Spitzer, Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, Chancellor of the New York Board of Regents Bennett and State Education Commissioner Richard Mills will announce approval of Contracts for Excellence for 55 school districts in an event at the Grabiarz School of Excellence in the Buffalo City School District on Monday, November 19 at 2:00 PM.
