Sen. Dave Valesky, D-Oneida County, reviews information with Suzanne Mullen, a teacher of the visually impaired, and her daughter, Megan. Mullen is a member of the United Liverpool Faculty Association. Megan is a seventh-grade student who is losing her vision. A group of activists was in Albany to advocate for laws to help vision rehabilitation, orientation and mobility specialists.
