Good news. After a one-year hiatus, NYSUT members can once again earn Long Island University graduate credit through the statewide union's Education & Learning Trust (www.nysut.org/elt).

Starting June 1, ELT will offer 13 three-credit graduate courses.

"We're very happy to once again offer this valuable resource to our members," said Debra Nelson, NYSUT ELT director. "For members working to earn their graduate degree, there is no easier or more affordable path than through the NYSUT Education & Learning Trust."

Through its college and university partnerships, ELT offers undergraduate and graduate programs in education and the liberal arts and sciences. Participating institutions are: D'Youville College, Empire State College, Excelsior College, Mercy College, St. Francis College, Stony Brook University and Touro College.
