NYSUT to host Hispanic education forum

New York Teacher - September 5, 2007 
 

The Labor Council for Latin American Advance, in collaboration with NYSUT, will present a Hispanic Education Forum on Saturday, Sept. 29, at NYSUT headquarters, 800 Troy-Schenectady Road, Latham.

Scheduled speakers include NYSUT Vice President Maria Neira; Guillermo Perez, president of the LCLAA; and Jose Vargas, president of the New York state chapter of the American Federation of Teachers' Hispanic Caucus.
