1. RESERVATIONS - Housing requests submitted online will be confirmed IMMEDIATELY as long as a valid email address is provided. The online site can be found at www.nysut.org. Once a hotel becomes sold out, it will no longer be available on the Web site.

• Please note: The registration deadline was Feb. 29, 2008. Online reservations are no longer available.

Housing requests sent via fax or postal mail will be confirmed within two weeks to the primary occupant. If your first choice hotel becomes sold out prior to our processing your form, your reservation will automatically be transferred to the next available property. A credit card is required to hold your room. Rooms cannot be reserved without one. A deposit is no longer required.

2. CUTOFF DATE - Housing applications will be accepted until the hotel block becomes exhausted but no later than Feb. 29, 2008. It is expected that the block will fill before that date.

3. FORM SUBMISSION - Complete one application per room regardless of how many guests are in the room. The same application covers housing for the Pre NYSUT RA Local & Retiree Council Presidents Conference and the Representative Assembly. Do not complete a form online and also mail in the paper form.

4. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES - Please make changes directly with NYSUT until March 7, 2008. If you applied online, you can make changes online. Your confirmation will include details on how to make those changes. If you applied via fax or postal mail, you can make changes by sending an email to rahouse@nysutmail.org.

5. RATES - See below for rates at each hotel.

6. Since NYSUT locals are not eligible for sales tax exemption, the hotel will not accept tax exemption certificates.

All properties have the following inroom amenities: iron/board, hair dryer, and coffeemaker. Each also has a lounge, restaurant, fitness room and room service.

Hotel taxes are 13.625% plus $3.50 per room per night.

Rollaways do not fit in guest rooms.
