New York's list of National Board Certified teachers swelled recently with the addition of 93 teachers earning the profession's highest credential.
The certification from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards is a highly respected symbol of teaching excellence that directly benefits children in the classroom.
Since 1994, 880 New York teachers have attained what is widely known as the "gold standard" of the teaching profession.
