Register now for Health and Safety Conference
Registration for NYSUT's biennial Health and Safety Conference — March 13-14 at the Hilton Hotel in Saratoga Springs — is now open.
The event is appropriate for K-12 teachers and SRPS, higher education faculty and professionals and health care professionals. The conference offers local leaders and health and safety activists the opportunity to learn and network with colleagues from around the state.
Twenty-five workshops cover topics such as: How to Conduct a Building Walk-through, Workplace Bullying, Higher Education Emergency Preparedness, Science Lab Safety, Establishing a Health and Safety Committee, Hazards of Building Construction and Renovation, Workplace Stress and Social Media and Cyber Safety.
