NYSUT President Melinda Person issued the following statement in support of Sam Berger in the special election for New York State Assembly District 27 in Queens.
"Sam Berger is the best candidate for educators and schools in Assembly District 27. He has committed to embracing education as the foundation of his community, and we are proud to endorse him for office.”
