Following afterwards: Gather at 1:00 p.m. at the New Amsterdam Plein (outside Staten Island Ferry Terminal in Manhattan). Participants are advised to take 1:30 p.m. SI Ferry: Press Conference at 2:00 p.m. Demonstration calling on Cong. Donovan to stand against radical U.S. House budget to cut Medicare and change its structure.

Location: Syracuse City Hall Commons Ends, Federal Building. There is plenty of street parking near City Hall, the M&T Bank Parking Garage is on Washington St. and there is other nearby parking.
