Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) flyerThe Dignity Act requires that all students in NYS public schools are afforded an environment free of discrimination and harassment (Education Law §10).

NYSUT, approved Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) provider, is offering training programs for DASA certification.

NYSUT Education & Learning Trust is offering prevention and intervention training in harassment, bullying, cyberbullying and discrimination in Schools.

This interactive program examines the acts of harassment, discrimination and bullying as it relates to, but is not limited to, those acts based on a person's actual or perceived race, color, weight, national origin, gender or sex. Participants will engage in authentic conversations, activities and reflections about harassment, discrimination and bullying as well as explore the impact of social constructs in their personal and professional lives.
