If you’re planning a trip to the Great New York State Fair, be sure to stop by the NYSUT booth in the Center of Progress Building from Aug. 26 through Sept. 7. Whether you’re a current member, retiree or simply interested in learning more about NYSUT, you’ll find free swag, exclusive NYSUT merchandise, opportunities to connect with NYSUT staff and local educators, and information about valuable member benefits.
Visitors can also take part in several special events throughout the fair:
- Member Benefits Day on Aug. 27
- Fair Pride and Social Justice Day on Aug. 28
- Education & Learning Trust Day on Aug. 31
NYSUT officers will also make appearances at our booth, with President Melinda Person and Secretary-Treasurer J. Philippe Abraham visiting on Aug. 28, and Executive Vice President Jaime L. Ciffone and Second Vice President Ronald Gross on September 1.
