The BOCES Teachers' Association would like to recognize our member, friend and colleague Carole B. Philogene. She was a dedicated Teacher's Aide and served Southern Westchester BOCES for 30 years. She was born on April 16, 1955 and is survived by her 3 children, Rhodiane Philogene 35, Gregory Philogene 32 and Verleen Philogene 29 years old. She was a resident of Newburg, NY and very involved in the French Speaking Baptiste Church Of New Windsor, NY. She is loved by all and will surely be missed!
