TRAVEL
Participants/locals are responsible for transportation costs and miscellaneous expenses. Any personal charges on the hotel bill must be paid by the individual at check-out.

DEADLINES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration must be received by Sep. 19. We are unable to guarantee housing for registrations received after the deadline. Substitutions may be made, but we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made after Sep. 19.
