CONFERENCE FEE
NYSUT pays 50% of the conference-related costs. This allows us to keep fees lower, allowing many locals to attend this event. After NYSUT's contribution, conference registration fees for individual participants are:
Registration Type Registration Fee (per person)
Single Occupancy $395.00
Double Occupancy $300.00
Commuter $205.00
PLEASE NOTE: when choosing Double Occupancy, you will be roomed with a roommate of your choice and will be required to enter the name of the roommate at the time of registration. Please coordinate with your roommate to ensure you are requesting each other.
The registration fee covers: conference materials, Friday and Saturday night lodging (where applicable), dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Checks should be made payable to NYSUT and payments must be received by October 1, 2019.

TRAVEL
Participants/locals are responsible for transportation costs and miscellaneous expenses. Any personal charges on the hotel bill must be paid by the individual at check-out.
DEADLINES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations must be received by September 12. Substitutions may be made, but we are unable to guarantee housing or accept cancellations for registrations received after this deadline.

DONATIONS AND RAFFLES
The NYSUT SRP conference continues its spirit of generosity. We ask your local to bring a door prize for the Sunday morning drawing. The variety and imagination shown in these prize baskets always makes them a conference highlight.
Baskets donated by locals represented on the SRP Advisory Committee will be raffled on Saturday evening.
The proceeds from the sale of Saturday’s raffle tickets will go to NYSUT's Disaster Relief Fund, which has helped hundreds of union families since its creation.
We will also continue another proud SRP tradition: collecting new books for elementary age school children, which are donated to a school library in New York. Please visit the “Book Donation” link for suggested book titles. Thank you in advance for your contributions!
