2.8 Equal Employment Opportunities. 4.13 No Discrimination Clause
In accordance with the laws of the United States, the State of New York and the established
policies and practices of the Board of Education and the Oswego County BOCES Supportive
Employees' Association, there shall be no discrimination against any unit member on the basis of

origin, marital status, disability, membership or participation in, or association with, the activities
of the BOCES Supportive Employees' Association or other professional organizations, veteran
